- Having suffered a stroke aged 10, this is a reflection of life as a 21 year old stroke "survivor". After 10 years of being classified 'disabled' and having seen little written on strokes in children/young adults, I thought it was time I contributed some of my own thoughts. I hope that this will be a useful resource for anyone who finds themselves in a similar position.
